Dis om die draai en almal sien uit daarna! 'n Volwaardige dorpsfees in Mosselbaai. Die Kraak-i-Mossel Dorpsfees
sal gehou word vanaf 6 - 9 Augustus 2010 by die Punt in Mosselbaai.
Ons nooi almal hartlik uit om deel te word van die fees! Daar gaan stalletjies wees, musiek konserte, lekker dinge
vir die jongklomp en natuurlik die debut van die Mosselbaai Beker.
Spanne van 6 kan begin inskryf om deel te neem aan verskeie Boeresporte en so mee te ding vir die Mosselbaai
Beker. Skryf in as 'n gesin of selfs as deel van 'n spanbou-projek, 'n maatskappy span. Kom ons kyk wie sal die
Beker dra tot volgende jaar se Fees!!
Die verhoog sal baie konserte lewer asook opvoerings. Kom ondersteun al ons Mosselbaai kunstenaars en daar
mag dalk net 'n verassing wees met 'n bekende of twee. Mnr & Mej Mosselbaai sal weer op die kaart gebring
word asook vir die jonger klomp, Mnr & Mej Mosseltjie. Inskrywings hiervoor is ook oop. Kompetisies sal ook
volop wees met 'n Mosselpot Kompetisie, Mnr Bierpens Kompetisie en vele meer. Die stalletjies sal alles bevat van
handgemaakte produkte, tuisgebak, smullekker kos. Of al wil jy net jou kunste kom uitstal (fotos, skilderye, ens.) is
jy welkom. Kry 'n stalletjie en wys almal. Jy kan selfs die kans gebruik om jou besigheid te adverteer.
Ons nooi ook skole en dans studios uit om ons te kontak as julle sou belang stel om opvoerings te doen.
'n Fun Run Ommipunt sal ook gehou word ten bate van liefdadigheid. Skryf in en kom stap, hardloop of ry met jou
fiets so 3 keer ommipunt. Kom snaaks aangetrek, bring jou kruiwa. "All in the name of fun and charity!" Pryse vir
oorspronklikheid sal weggegee word.

It is around the corner and the response to this Festival is phenominal. 'n Real true Town Festival in Mossel Bay. The
"Kraak-i-Mossel" Town Festival will be held from 6-9 August 2010 at the Point in Mossel Bay.
We invite everyone to become part of the Festival! There will be stalls (fleamarket), music concerts, entertainment
for the young crowd and off course, the debut of the Mossel Bay Cup!
Teams of 6 can start entering for the Mossel Bay Cup whereby various "Boeresport" competitions will be held to see
who will be the bearer of the Mossel Bay Cup. Enter as a family or even a Company Team. Lets see who is the best
team in Mossel Bay and who will keep the Cup until next year's Festival!
The stage will have various concerts and shows. Come and support all the local artists and you might even see a
celebrity or two! Mr & Ms Mossel Bay will be brought back to life as well as a Mr & Ms Mosseltjie for the younger
entrants. Entries for this competitions is also open. Various other competitions will also take place like a Mussel Potjiekos
Competition, Mr "Bierpens" en alot more! The stalls will have everything from handmade crafts, home-made jams
and various other delicious food stalls. Even if you just want to show everyone your arts (photographs, paintings)
get a stall and get some exposure. There will also be stalls available to the business man that want so use this
opportunity to let people know who and what he or their business does.
We also invite all schools and dance studios to contact us if you would be interested in doing shows for the Festival.
a Fun Run "Ommipunt" will be held as a Charity Event. Enter and walk, run or ride your bike around the Point 3 times.
Dress up, dress down, bring your funny stuff. All in the name of Fun!! Prizes will be handed out for originality.
